Fresh No-Bake Blueberry Pie

This is a Family Favorite of Ours...It is quick and perfect for those Super HOT days when you do not want your oven on.

3/4 Cup of Sugar
3Tbs. Flour
 3/4 Stick of Butter
1 Cup of Water
1tsp. Vanilla
3 Cups Fresh Blueberries
1 Pie Crust Recipe
& Whip Cream to top

In a saucepan melt butter, add flour, slowly add the water, then add your sugar while mixing, and bring to a boil for about 1minute till thick. Remove from heat and add 1tsp of vanilla. Cool then mix in berries and pour over cooked pie pastry. Top with Whip Cream and Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Can be made a few days before serving just wait to add the whip cream till you are ready to serve.
