Simply Delicious Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Preheat the oven to four hundred and fifty degrees

Use four cups of fresh rhubarb diced small, one cup of sliced fresh berries, one tablespoon butter, seven tablespoons of flour mixed with one and one third cups of sugar.
One of your favorite pie crust recipe for a nine inch double pie...Also just a fabulous with a store bought pie crust!

Sprinkle one half of the sugar and flour mixture over the pastry in the pie plate. Add the rhubarb and strawberries and then sprinkle the remaining flour and sugar mixture. Simply dot with butter and cover with top pastry.
Cover your edges with foil to avoid burning. Place on the lowest rack in the oven and bake for fifteen minutes. Reduce temperature to three hundred and fifty for the remaining forty to forty five minutes.
